Michael Latham has eleven years experience in all phases of Architectural Design and Construction.  He has played key roles in projects from $50,000 to $30M.  As the newly appointed Vice President of Operations at GatorSktch Architects, Mr. Latham ensures the creativity and design elements created by the staff meet and exceed the high standards of our clients.

As a former small business owner, Mr. Latham knows that communicating one-on-one with our clients is a top priority.  His passion for customer service and high quality, combined with his ability to adapt to changing situations makes him one of the best in the industry.

Mr. Latham also brings many years of sales experience to the firm.  He designed, specified and quoted custom fiber optic sign applications for a company in Orlando, with clients such as AT&T, Coca-Cola, and the Walt Disney Company,

Recently, Mr. Latham has worked on a variety of municipal projects including the Division of Motor Vehicles office build-out in Clermont, FL and the Florida Equine Center, a 3,400 s.f. equine medical center.  He designed the relocation plans and renovation of Cooper Memorial Library and lead the design team on the renovation and restoration of the Clermont Train Depot.

He is serving as Principal-in-Charge for the multi-million dollar expansion and renovation at the Public Works Compound at the City of Kissimmee.
